it appears that Eric Costello and I have more than just our first name (and last syllable of our last name) in common - he's stumped as to what to do about .NET. he would like to learn PHP, or various other scripting languages, just as I would, but thinks he should carry on with the Microsoft-centric world of ASP that he's been living in for the past 7 years.
I've not been able to come up with a decent solution either. I have a feeling that eventually .NET might be one path that I take, but I've been doing alot more coding in Perl lately, which I've been enjoying alot.
To .NET, or not to .NET, that is the question.
Oh, and you should read Glish. It's enjoyable.
