A lot of people drink wine. A few people make wine. Only one person I know of throws a spectrum analizer at it.
27 Bottles.
27 bottles of wine on the wall, 27 bottles of wine… I’ve bottled 27 bottles of the wine. Finally. I added an additional 2 cups of sugar to the final 5 gallons of apple wine. Maybe a bit too sweet, but I’m learning.
Stawberry wine is next.

The CMS
I am finally starting to get back to coding my CMS. Originally it was simply a ay for me to edit my blog, and still retain control of my website, but now it’s become a crazy XSL/XML based CMS website. Work continues.
Round 2: Apple Again
Another round of Apple Wine is in progress, this time it’s 5 gallons, and there have been some changes to the recipe.
First, I began with 40 pounds of apples. Fuji, Gala, and some other apple that I don’t remember, but it looked good. And they were cheap.
