New weblog/Data format
Sam Ruby has created a Wiki for a new format for weblogs, to replace RSS. Thank God. We’ve needed this for quite some time — exactly the reason I never implemented an RSS 2.0 feed. it just wasn’t worht the effort to create a new XSL file or something that may or may not really take hold.
Now don’t get me wrong — I did like the comment supprot in RSS 2.0, but I’m tired of implementing formats that are created in the span of a month. We need something that is VERY well thought out, and well implemented. RSS 2.0 was not it. But this might be.
