Technocrati, Accessibility updates

I implemented the Technocrati API in a side box I entitled “Read Me”. I also made quite a few changes to other HTML parts of the website to make it more Accessibility compliant This website is now BOBBY Level A Approved, and is nearly AA and AAA. It will be soon.

Hey Eric, your email is bouncing for some reason.

Also these form elements are breaking their containing div in Safari :-)
Nonetheless I appreciate the headsup on the oliver rss - must have been like that since the weekend.
