Why We Won’t Help You
Mark wrote a little rant about why people sometimes find it hard to get help on mailing lists.
The short, smart-alec, Zen-like answer is that we are helping you, you just don’t realize it yet. … Validation is an indicator of cluefulness.
In other words, we help people who help themselves. Don’t make us do something that you yourself are not willing to do.
